Cancellation and Refund Policy

At FieldSpot, we strive to provide the best service possible to our users. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to turf bookings made through our website FieldSpot.

Cancellation Policy
User-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellation Before Booking Confirmation: Users can cancel their booking request at any time before the booking is confirmed by the turf owner. In this case, no charges will be applied.

Cancellation After Booking Confirmation:

Within 24 Hours of Booking: Users can cancel their booking within 24 hours of booking confirmation without any cancellation fee. A full refund will be processed.
More than 24 Hours Before the Booking Date: If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the booking date and time, a cancellation fee of 10% of the booking amount will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Less than 24 Hours Before the Booking Date: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking date will not be eligible for a refund.
Turf Owner-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellation by Turf Owners: If a turf owner cancels a confirmed booking for any reason, the user will receive a full refund. We will also provide assistance to the user in finding an alternative booking if needed.
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
Refund Request: Users can request a refund by contacting our customer support team via email at support@fieldspott.com or through the contact form on our website.

Refund Approval: Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 5-7 business days. Users will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund request via email.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking process. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the user’s account may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations
No-Show: If a user fails to show up for the booked slot without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

Partial Usage: If a user uses the turf for a part of the booked time and decides to leave early, no partial refunds will be issued.

Special Offers and Discounts: Bookings made using special offers, discounts, or promotional codes may have specific terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will take effect immediately upon posting. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our cancellation and refund practices.
